Putting on the show is EXHAUSTING.

Everyone else seems to be living their best lives.

You want to seem like you have it all together, too… so you put on a happy face. You pretend that everything is great.

But you don’t feel great. Sometimes you feel terrible, but you can’t let that show…

After all, what will others think?

It’s overwhelming, scary, and lonely.

These feelings keep popping up and you keep stuffing them down.

Maybe if you just keep busy and pretend the feelings aren’t there, things will go away.

But they don’t, and you don’t know what to do anymore.

Maybe you don’t know what direction you want to go…

But you know the direction you’ve taken in life isn’t it. Sure, you go through the motions of your life, but don’t feel genuinely happy or fulfilled.

You want more: Success in a career you enjoy, friends, a romantic relationship… maybe a life with adventure.

But you don’t know exactly what you want or how to get it.

I’m here, so you don’t have to go through this alone.

I will provide a safe space for you to talk about your real thoughts and feelings without any judgment.

We will identify your values – what is most important to you – and work toward living them, so you can live the fulfilled life you want.

We will work together to identify self-defeating, repetitive thoughts such as “I’m never going to be successful” or “I’m not good enough”… and defuse them, so they lose their power.

You will have a space, just for you, to find the path that brings you the most joy and support to determine the steps it will take to get you to where you want to go.

Make a decision to be open and vulnerable.

Sure, it can be terrifying, but it’s the best way to build connections so that you can find your true self.
